HME Dealer Guide to Checking Equipment Warranty Status
Repair Authority does not check warranty status of equipment for home medical equipment providers before the devices are sent to our repair facility. We will check warranty status once the device arrives as part of our regular receiving process. Below is a helpful guide for HME dealers on checking the warranty status of your equipment.
INVACARE
Use the “Serial Number Tracking” tool on the Invacare website to view warranty status of your devices. No login is required. Click here to access that page.
PHILIPS RESPIRONICS
A Warranty Search tool is available on the My Philips for Professionals portal, located at my.philips.com. This site requires login credentials. If you are a Respironics customer, contact your sales representative to receive credentials, or contact Lakisha Evans at Lakisha.Evans@philips.com.
RESMED
The Warranty Lookup tool is accessible from ResMed’s online store, located at onlinestore.resmed.com. This site requires a login. If you do not already have login credentials, contact your ResMed representative.
DRIVE DEVILBISS
A Serial Number Lookup tool to check warranty status is available on the Drive website by clicking here. This site does not require login credentials.
