New ResMed Warranty Repair Policy Impacts HME Dealers

ResMed announced in September that it will begin repairing warranty Air10 devices rather than providing new ones to HME dealers in an effort to meet the increased demand for devices caused by the Philips recall and ongoing supply chain challenges.

As a ResMed factory authorized warranty service center, Repair Authority is partnering with ResMed to implement this new policy so we can fulfill HME dealers’ warranty repair needs. We’ve worked closely with ResMed to ramp up our capacity and parts inventory to meet the additional demand.

When sending your CPAP units to us for repair, please follow this link to access our Equipment Packing List, complete the form and enclose a printout in the package.

Have any questions about this new policy or Repair Authority’s CPAP repair services? Contact Jenny Meske at jmeske@repairauthority.com or call us at 888.828.1872.

With the recent influx of ResMed device orders, ResMed will be changing the way we process warranty returns for our Air10™ devices. ... ResMed will begin repairing all devices that come in under warranty, rather than replacing them with new devices.
