Schedule Post-Remediation Repairs on Recalled Trilogy Vents

Philips Respironics announced earlier this year that they have begun the process of remediation for recalled Trilogy 100/200 ventilators, a process which the company projected will take approximately 12-14 months.

But after more than a year of being out of service during the recall already, it’s likely that many devices in an HME dealer’s fleet of ventilators will be due for preventative maintenance or require a repair by the time their remediation is complete.

To minimize the likely delays in getting recalled ventilators back into the field, we advise HME dealers to schedule a preventative maintenance check with Repair Authority as soon as they return from remediation. As a Philips Factory Authorized Service Center, we can provide all necessary repairs if your PM uncovers any issues and return your devices more quickly than an OEM repair.
