Repair Authority Now Accepting Drive iGo2 at Ohio and Texas Service Centers

Repair Authority is proud to now accept the Drive DeVilbiss iGo2 portable oxygen concentrator for repairs in our Ohio and Texas Service Centers. This auto-adjusting POC allows patients to enjoy more independence without the need to regularly change settings.

PLEASE NOTE:

• iGo2 repairs are only accepted in our Ohio and Texas Service Centers. iGo2 repairs are not available in our Tennessee Service Center.

• PLEASE NOTE: Repair Authority is only authorized to repair iGo2 units with serial numbers that start with D217. If the unit you are sending in has a serial number that starts with D216 or below or starts with the letter F, it must be sent back to Drive for further evaluation and repair. If one of these units is sent to Repair Authority, you will be charged a $79 fee to either return the unit to you or forward it to Drive. If you choose to have Repair Authority send the unit to Drive, we will provide an RMA number for reference. All further communication about the repair must be coordinated with Drive.
