Evaluation Cost: Repair Authority provides a comprehensive repair evaluation of your equipment FREE of charge!

Packaging Instructions: For devices that are being shipped to Repair Authority, please ensure the device is properly packed to prevent damage. Remove all water from the humidifier prior to packaging. Repair Authority is NOT liable for any damages caused in transit to or from Repair Authority’s facility. Claims for damage can be filed with the shipping carrier.

Payment Information: Unfortunately, because of the complexity of the insurance industry, Repair Authority does NOT coordinate repair authorization or payment with insurance companies. Patients are responsible for the full cost of their repair prior to its return shipment back to you.
