Meet The Repair Authority Team

Jesse Keirn,
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

As CEO of Repair Authority, Jesse sets the tone and strategic direction of the company, upholding the high standards for quality in repair and customer service upon which the company was built. Jesse is dedicated to developing innovative partnerships and programs while setting the strategic direction for the company as it navigates the complex medical marketplace. Jesse is a leader with a passion for helping his team achieve both personal and professional success.

Jesse spent a 20-plus-year career in the healthcare industry before becoming an owner of Repair Authority. From 2006 to 2012, Jesse was president of Roscoe Medical (now Compass Health Brands), where he held P&L responsibility as the company grew from a local start-up into a $60 million international sales and distribution organization.

During his tenure at Roscoe Medical, the company was a three-time NEO Success Award winner and five-time Weatherhead 100 winner, both awards that recognize the fastest-growing companies in Northeast Ohio. Jesse is also a prior “Forty Under 40” honoree by Crain’s Cleveland Business.

In his spare time, you can find Jesse dedicating time to his family and pursuing his passion in music as a drummer. Jesse has been playing the drums since his early childhood and continues to hone his craft. As he says, “when it comes to music, you can only get better as you age!”

Dan Meyer,
Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

As Chief Revenue Officer of Repair Authority, Dan is focused on the success of the company through revenue generation. As an owner of Repair Authority, Dan’s approach is to develop long-term relationships and strategic business partnerships to help home medical equipment (HME) manufacturers’ and dealers’ businesses thrive, while also improving the health of the end user.

Dan continues to be a fundamental contributor to the evolution of Repair Authority. Since joining the company — formerly known as The Repair Center (TRC) — in 2011, Dan has become widely recognized in the industry for his energy, desire to serve and continued advancement of the quality of work that is produced under his leadership.

Dan’s philosophy in serving clients is to understand their needs and provide the kind of service that best fits them. For patients, that means understanding their desire to have their equipment repaired quickly and correctly. For HME dealers, that means getting their equipment repaired and back into the field as quickly as possible so it can start generating revenue for them again. For manufacturers, that means delivering on Repair Authority’s promise of an expertly trained staff, technology-driven service and highly efficient support for their products.

Dan enjoys spending his time off outdoors with his growing family and dog. You can often find him working in his garden or preparing for his next outdoor adventure, whether it’s fly-fishing in West Virginia or floating in a northern Michigan river in his drift boat.

Jason Ziebro,

His approach to management is to develop a culture of respect that allows all members of Repair Authority to operate in a positive environment that provides success for Repair Authority employees, the company and most importantly, the customer.

He’s spent more than 20 years working in the home healthcare industry. As VP of Operations at Roscoe Medical (now Compass Health Brands) from 1995 to 2014, Jason was instrumental in the operational growth of the company from a small start-up to an international manufacturer of home medical equipment. Outside of his work, Jason can usually be found spending time with his wife and daughter, or among his seven older siblings. He’s continually fascinated by the universe and considers himself an amateur astronomer.
